Michael Eisenbarth is head of the department "distributed security" at the comlet Verteilte Systeme GmbH in Zweibrücken. Prior, he worked 12 years for the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft, in his last position as head of the department Information System Quality Assurance, as well as for proAlpha Business Solutions as product manager International Business and Intercompany.
He studied computer science at the Technical University of Kaiserslautern with a minor in economic sciences and an emphasis on requirements and change management, as well as IT safety and quality assurance.


Diplom Pädagoge Ronny Falk, geboren am 11.01.1960, studierte Sozialwissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Personal, Statistik und IT an der Universität der Bundeswehr in München. Seit 2013 ist er als „Director Global Human Resources“ der Personalverantwortliche für die globale Engineered Fasteners Division der Illinois Tool Works (ITW). Herr Falk ist seit mehr als 15 Jahren in der Automobilindustrie zu Hause. Er verfügt über eine fast 20-jährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Personal und Arbeitssicherheit. Während seiner Tätigkeit bei renommierten Automobilzulieferern entwickelte er sich über die Jahre beruflich weiter und übernahm dort verschiedene Aufgabengebiete mit zunehmender Verantwortung.

Peter Winternheimer

Peter Winternheimer, born 1968 in Mainz, studied mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Kaiserslautern and graduated in 1995. In the same year Peter Winternheimer joined Opel and since then was part of the executive staff in different positions at each of the German manufacturing sites, amongst other as head of quality assurance in Bochum and Eisenach. In Kaiserslautern he acted as production manager and assistant plant manager from 2011 to 2014. Until the beginning of 2015 Peter Winternheimer directed the West Palatinate Opel site provisionally. The 47-year-old subsequently switched to the company’s headquarters in Rüsselsheim as Director Manufactuing Engineering, Strategy and Planning. Since the 1st of august 2016 Peter Winternheimer is plant director in Kaiserslautern.

From 1999 to 2006 Carsten Bush was employed at ABB (Asea Braun Boveri) in various positions in the areas distribution and business development within the ABB division Discrete Automation & Motion. 2006 he was appointed Global Industry Segment Manager for the division ABB robotics in the areas machine tool automation as well as PV production.
2010 this was followed by the position as Business Development Manager for robot-based battery production.

Between the end of 2011 and the beginning of 2014 Carsten Busch was responsible for the ABB business division rapid charging infrastructure/electromobilty as head of the product group Electrical Vehicle Charging Infrastructure in Germany.
From 2014 to mid-2016 Carsten Busch was Business Development Manager for new applications at the ABB business division Robotics. The focus of his work was on human-robot collaboration and the market introduction of the ABB robot YuMi®.

Since July 2016 Carsten Bush is executive director at the HAHN Robotics GmbH in Reinheim.


Kai Pabélick, born 1973 in Cologne, studied industrial engineering with specialization mechanical engineering at the Technical University in Darmstadt and graduated as Dipl. Wirtsch.-Ing. in 2001. From 2001 to 2002 Kai Pabélick joined a Graduate Trainee Program at Daimler AG in Sindelfingen. Between 2002 and 2008 he was employed as Project Manager at different Supplier Management departments at Mercedes-Benz Cars. In his last position he was appointed lead auditor in supplier source evaluations according to VDA 6.3. In 2008 Kai Pabélick started as Account Manager at IEE S.A in Luxembourg. From 2010 to 2012 he was employed as Global Sales Manager, leading the business unit “People & Object Sensing”. Since 2013 Kai Pabélick is Senior Business Development Manager for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems.
